I heard about this festival at the last minute and decided to give it a shot. I was surprised to find out it has been going on for over twenty years. I need to check the local paper more often. I would definitely rate it better than the Seattle Centers Winterfest. It was a high energy festival and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Gonna mark this one on the calendar next year for sure. Enjoy!
